I've been Gluten Free, Casein/Dairy Free since November 2016 and I feel so much better! I'm still not sleeping well (which I was hoping would change), but my digestive system feels better!
Yesterday I made a Gluten Free Stollen and tried to make some marzipan - hmmmm the marzipan was an absolute disaster which I had to throw away 😱😱 a terrible waste, but it was unusable!
The stollen was OK but in G/F tradition it's very dry! Mind, saying that, I did use non-dairy margarine instead of butter and I also had to use a vegan ricotta cheese, made with macadamia nuts, so I guess considering i changed 2 ingredients it wasn't as bad as it could have been!
